The restaurant’s traditional, regional cuisine features fresh, local, seasonal produce. The wine list features only vintages from French owner-growers. At La Fleur de Sel, depending on the season, you can enjoy roasted langoustines, monkfish medallions in bacon breadcrumbs, Mr. Le Meur’s pigeon with cocoa, or roasted Rhuys tomme. The Marais de Séné nature reserve:
With 530 hectares of protected nature, the Réserve Naturelle des Marais de Séné is renowned for its rich biodiversity and the number of bird species found there. Part of the reserve has been set aside to facilitate their observation. It can be visited freely or with a guide. Binoculars can be borrowed from the site reception desk. Depending on the season, you can meet the white spoonbill, the elegant avocet, the white stilt or the black-tailed godwit, among more than 300 species of birds present year-round or periodically on the site.
